If you are not 100% satisfied with your non-customized products from GreenTree for any reason, please return them within 30 days for a full refund. To return or exchange your product please contact Customer Service at orders@greentree.net. All returns must be in their original, unopened packaging, insured Parcel Post or UPS and have a Return Authorization # on the shipping label. No COD’s or Outside Contractor packaging or shipping charges will be accepted. Returns received after 30 days may be considered for product credit only.

Due to the nature of Personalized or Custom print jobs, GreenTree is not able to offer a refund on these products. Customers will receive a project proof for all customized orders showing the placement, images, text and font for the order. Once the customer approves a project proof card, GreenTree cannot accept responsibility for errors made or missed by the customer.

If a printing or production error is made on our part on a customized product, GreenTree will be glad to reprint the project.

Banner Policy
Banner sizes can fluctuate slightly with banner finishing techniques.  Please allow a difference of 1" in each direction when planning your installation or display. Also, please note that banners are similar to fabrics, and color variations should be expected. Although GreenTree strives to ensure that multiple banners in an order coordinate, the colors will vary slightly.
