Getting started is very easy! Just place your order online. Let us know any specific instructions you are requesting. Once your order is received, your job is assigned to a designer. Following the designer’s review of your project, a representative may contact you with a tentative proof date. A proof is generally ready for your review within 3-5 days of beginning your order. Your proof will be accompanied by a Proof Card. You may make as many changes as desired to your proof. Keep in mind that your FREE customization and any subsequent design cost is based solely on the design time in our graphics department. Therefore, you will want to make the majority or all changes together and as quickly as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your product and its value! You will them use the Proof Card to approve your product which will send the project to print production. A representative will contact you with a tentative ship date. Print production is generally 5-10 days. Upon completion of your project, your Client Services Representative will inspect your order and arrange for shipment or delivery to the location of your choice.
